Michel Ragot presents “Bottom-up approaches to increasing plant breeding efficiency in Africa” in GOBII seminar series, December 11, 2017

The Genomic Open-source Breeding Informatics Initiative (GOBII – http://cbsugobii05.tc.cornell.edu/wordpress/) is working on enabling the implementation of genomic and marker assisted selection as part of routine breeding programs for staple crops in the developing world, through the development of open-source computational infrastructure and analysis capabilities.
